Taylor Community is looking for a Painter to join our team, responsible for maintaining the buildings across our four campuses. If you're seeking a dynamic and open-minded team in a clean, professional environment, we'd love to hear from you! **Responsibilities:** - Perform general maintenance tasks as needed. - Keep detailed reports of work completed at various sites. - Ensure buildings are up to code. - Communicate effectively with team members and residents. - Participate in snow plowing and be available for on-call rotations. **Total Package:** - Competitive hourly rate in the Lakes Region with year-round employment. - Affordable health, dental, and vision insurance for under $100 a month for individual coverage. - PTO, 401k+Match, Pool and Gym - Shift differentials for weekend work.
