Work Arrangement: Hybrid Department: Commercial Services Group Overview Pembina Pipeline Corporation has an immediate opening for an Analyst Commercial Services in our Oil Sands Pipelines Business Unit (OBU), part of Pembina’s Pipeline Business Division. This role is based in Calgary, Alberta and reports to the Senior Manager of Commercial Services. Pembina is one of Canada's largest oil sands and heavy oil pipeline operators and this business unit operates one of the largest merchant terminal businesses in western Canada. These combined assets allow us to provide long-term, dedicated transportation services to our customers. Responsibilities Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: • Review or prepare modifications and extensions to contracts for existing customers; • Lead JV meetings for various assets; compile all documentation and notices to JV partners to facilitate commercial transactions; • Coordinate with Logistics, Operations and Commercial Services to prepare outage communications, management presentations, and internal governance deliverables; • Analyze business and industry metrics, research key market drivers and customer activities, and perform ad hoc analysis as required; • Lead implementation of Power BI reporting tools for the terminals and pipelines to analyze data and trends; • Update contract and logistics database to ensure contractual dates are tracked and implemented; • Collaborate with internal departments regarding customer and partner agreements to ensure all contracts are being adhered to and being executed based on terms of the contract; • Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize and prepare recommendations on best practices and procedures related to commercial agreements and scheduling notifications, where applicable; • Assist the Commercial Services team with planning and forecasting; and • Participate and support an equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplace.
