Position: Commercial Roofing Foreman Location: Indianapolis AreaUnited Trades of America is hiring a Commercial Roofing Foreman Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise roofing crews on commercial projects in the Indianapolis area.- Monitor site safety - Oversee the install, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems, including flat roofs, metal roofs, and more.- Communicate regularly with project managers Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial roofing, with demonstrated leadership skills.- Proven track record of successfully running a crew of 5 or more workers on commercial roofing projects.- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and safety protocols.- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred. Salary: - Competitive salary range of $28 to $35 per hour, commensurate with experience.
