The job will focus on the retail leasing and sales, investment properties, and development opportunities side for your business. This position is commission only and you can learn to generate leads. Responsibilities: • Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision• Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction• Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data• Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential• Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients• Lead generation• Database generation• Database systems• Set appointments• Close sales• Commercial sales script mastery Qualifications: • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising• Independent and self motivated• Excellent communication and negotiating skills• Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language• Real estate license• Commission opportunity• Good communication• Commercial real estate experience preferred Compensation: $85,000 - $165,000 at plan commissions About Company: Keller Williams Princeton is New Jersey’s most collaborative office.
