We are looking for a Real Estate Commercial Sales Agent to join our expanding commercial real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced setting. You’ll focus on retail leasing and sales, investment properties, and development opportunities within the commercial real estate sector. You’ll benefit from a steady stream of lead opportunities from our top residential agents and teams. Responsibilities: • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements• Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction• Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients• Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision• Commercial sales• Commercial lead generation• Commercial lead follow-up• CRM and Database management• Sales talk mastery• Set appointments• Execute appointments Qualifications: • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Skilled in industry practices and lease language• Some knowledge of marketing and advertising• Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient• A real estate license is required• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $170,000 at plan commissions About Company: As the largest real estate franchise in the world, our exponential growth is a result of our commitment to delivering value to our associates.
