Responsibilities: • Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data• Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients• Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations• Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service• Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally Qualifications: • Excellent communication and negotiating skills• Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient• Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language• Some knowledge of marketing and advertising Compensation: $117,500 commission based About Company: At Texas Legacy Realty, we're dedicated to helping agents grow their real estate businesses with top technology, quality leads, and year-round support.
