The job will focus on the retail leasing and sales, investment properties and development opportunities side of our business. This position is commission only but you will get a steady flow of leads from our top residential agents. With commission comes unlimited income growth plus you’ll be backed every step of the way by continuous mentoring and coaching. Responsibilities: • Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction• Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers• Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data• Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations• Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner Qualifications: • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient• Some knowledge of marketing and advertising• Proven negotiating and communication skills• Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language Compensation: $300,000 at plan About Company: We are Orange County's Fastest Growing Full Service Brokerage Focusing on Investing
