We are searching for a detailed Commercial Loan Officer Loan Originator to act as the liaison between potential clients and our financial institution. Responsibilities include: Conducting client evaluations and researching credit records. Preparing loan package documentation and file origination. Collecting and preparing all necessary documentation for the loan package. Researching applicant credit status and current financial position. Preparing and maintaining all paperwork for existing and new loans, including loan disclosures. Creating repayment plans. Completing loan contracts and ensuring clients are kept informed of the rules and requirements. Working with clients to establish their needs and recommend suitable types of loans. Submitting files to the designated Underwriter. Conducting interviews to assess client eligibility for loans or mortgages. Ensuring compliance with established regulations and law requirements. Following up with clients to verify important information. Other duties as assigned.Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.Skills Required 2+ years of experience as a Loan Processor, Underwriter, or similar. Familiarity with loan applications, processes, and documentation. Experience with commercial loans. #J-18808-Ljbffr
