Ideal Commercial Litigation Partners will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in dealing with all types of dispute resolution matters. You may already be working as a Head of Department or a Partner or a Senior Associate in the Midlands and will have strong ties to the region. - You will be expected to support the more senior members of the team and provide supervision and support to the more junior members. - You must be a recognised name in the Legal 500 and/or Chambers and Partners directories and will be able to demonstrate a sizeable following.
