The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and be prepared to take on significant responsibilities in a growing office.Duties:Draft and argue discovery and other motions.Take and defend depositions.Manage document productions.Handle complex commercial litigation and product liability cases.Engage in insurance litigation (preferred).Lead case management efforts.Provide exceptional oral and written advocacy.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.Strong academic credentials.Exceptional advocacy skills.Admitted to and in good standing with the Illinois Bar.Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases independently.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Illinois Bar.Skills:Proficient in drafting and arguing motions.Skilled in deposition processes.Adept in document management and case strategy.Excellent oral and written communication.Strong leadership and case management abilities.
