Commercial HVAC Journeyman Installer

Description:
Job Duties: Manages production through direction and installation of mechanical systems. Responsible for planning, laying out and overall efficiencies of project installation Responsible for communicating and ordering material on time Required to collaborate and communicate with field supervisors and project managers Coordinate and document additional work over and above project scope through the creation of approved and signed time and material tickets Record keeping of daily job production required (Daily Reports) each day Responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of systems installed (As-Builts) Responsible for onsite communication with subcontractors Responsible for the efficient use, safety, and termination of all rental equipment Responsible the securement and organization of onsite material, including inventorying all additional material for efficient job site pickup and returns Manages the securement of all Peterson property on the job site Benefits: 401k program after the first 90 days of employment that currently includes an employer 100% match of the employee’s contribution up to 4% of their compensation. Health insurance and life insurance for which you would be eligible beginning the first day of the month following your 30th day of employment. Paid Time Off is currently 120 hours per year, prorated in the year of hire and departure Compensation is reviewed annually by July 1st Active member of ABC (Associated Builders and Contractors, LLC) - Employee Tuition program after 1 year Experience: 4 years (Preferred)
