A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to support their delivery business with contract management and negotiation. Key Responsibilities Manage contract review and negotiation for transportation and gig work agreements Collaborate with the business development team to provide legal support Offer generalist legal advice and counsel to the broader team as needed Required Qualifications Experience in transportation contracting and gig work Proven track record in negotiating SaaS or technology contracts Ability to provide generalist legal advice Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active bar membership in relevant jurisdiction
