Description Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure project milestones are met within budget and safety guidelines. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and team members to ensure quality standards and resolve any on-site issues. Enforce safety protocols and maintain project schedules to avoid delays and meet client expectations. Conduct site inspections and manage documentation, providing regular progress updates to senior leadership. Profile An experienced superintendent with a strong background in commercial interior construction, ideally in healthcare, retail, or corporate sectors. The successful candidate is a decisive leader with strong communication skills and a hands-on approach to site management.
