A company is looking for a Small Business Commercial Account Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to small business clients. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams while exceeding service expectations Manage and service a high-volume book of small commercial accounts, including retention of renewal business Provide coverage recommendations and execute coverage analysis for clients Required Qualifications, Training, and Education 3 - 5 years of Commercial Lines client management experience Valid P&C brokers' license; college degree preferred Industry-specific designations preferred (CISR, ARM or similar) Proficient in insurance agency management systems, preferably AMS 360 and Work Smart Extensive knowledge of Commercial Lines underwriting and coverage analysis
