C&L Auto Body of Washington, NJ is seeking a reliable and organized Parts Department Associate to join our team. This is a full-time position that pays a competitive salary of $18 - $20 hourly. The ideal candidate for this position is highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The Parts Department Associate will be responsible for receiving, distributing, and reordering automotive parts and related materials to meet the shop's needs. This position requires a broad knowledge of automotive parts and materials, customer service, and inventory management. The successful candidate will need to be able to work independently, as well as in a team setting. Prior experience in a body shop or utilizing CCC One is preferred, but we will train the right candidate. Responsibilities:• Receive and physically distribute parts delivered• Communicate with outside vendors and all departments within the shop• Utilize our management system (CCC) to reconcile invoices, returns, and credits• Maintain a neat and organized parts department• Multi-task, follow instructions, and pay attention to detail Qualifications:• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for effective interaction with team members and vendors• The position requires full-time availability, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm• A self-motivated individual who can work well in a team environment and follow instructions• The ability to lift and move heavy objects is necessary for this role Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly About Company: Our location in Hackettstown is looking for an experienced auto body detailer. C&L Autobody is a regional Multiple-Shop Organization (MSO) with 10 body shops throughout Morris, Sussex, Warren, Union, and Middlesex counties in Northern NJ. We also manage one of the largest towing fleets in the state. As one of NJ’s largest family-owned MSOs, we pride ourselves on delivering an unmatched level of customer service and craftsmanship for all your collision repair needs. We offer full benefits (medical, dental, and vision), paid time off, and an IRA with a company match. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm with occasional Saturdays.
