A company is looking for a Collections Specialist responsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivable from customers. Key Responsibilities Convert outstanding accounts receivable to cash for a designated portfolio Address and resolve payment disputes and deduction issues Document and update collection status while collaborating with various teams Required Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required 3+ years of accounts receivable experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Basic knowledge of the Order to Cash (O2C) cycle Basic understanding of the Accounts Payable process Basic understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles
