Our modern, 500,000+ sq. ft. warehouses are fully computerized, ensuring fast, reliable delivery and 24/7 order tracking. We are committed to delivering competitive prices, exceptional customer service, and innovative solutions to meet the needs of our customers. Responsibilities: Maintaining credit history files. Documenting daily collections activities. Maximizing cash receipts. Contacting customers regarding overdue accounts. Overseeing customer payments. Collect and process payments daily. Service customers and drivers. Invoicing, filing, Counter transactions. Back-order transactions. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; an associate’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams. High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive customer and financial information. Strong data entry skills and the ability to maintain accurate records. Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus but not required. Ability to work on-site at the New Jersey location. Powered by JazzHR
