We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Virtual Solar Cold Caller to join our sales team. As a cold caller, you will play a crucial role in generating new leads and identifying potential customers for our solar energy products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospects over the phone, gauge their interest, and schedule appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, resilience, and a passion for promoting renewable energy solutions. Responsibilities:• Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our solar energy products and services.• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations and educate them about the benefits of switching to solar energy.• Qualify leads by assessing their interest and eligibility for solar energy solutions.• Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.• Handle objections and inquiries from prospects in a professional and persuasive manner.• Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM system.• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting targets.• Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to effectively communicate with prospects.• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. Qualifications:• Live in the US.• Have a US-based phone number.• Provide your own computer/ equipment.• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.• Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is a plus.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
