CNC Machinist Alsip, IllinoisPosition Overview: We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. This role involves a combination of technical skill, creativity, and hands-on experience in machining operations, including set-up, programming, and making offsets. The ideal candidate will have several years of machining experience and a solid understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).Key Responsibilities: * Set up and operate CNC machines with precision and accuracy. * Read and interpret blueprints to ensure that parts meet specifications. * Perform quality checks on machined parts and make adjustments as necessary to uphold quality standards. * Create and modify CNC programs for various parts, especially those used in the medical industry. * Deburr parts as needed to ensure the finished product meets quality standards. * Collaborate with other machinists and teams, utilizing both technical skills and creativity.Qualifications: * Several years of CNC machining experience. * Proficient in reading blueprints and performing part quality checks. * Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T). * Experience with deburring parts. * Ability to program and adjust CNC machines for different parts.This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong CNC background who is eager to expand their expertise in working with some of the most critical components in the medical industry.
