Wulco Inc. was established in 1990 to unite Jet Machine and Manufacturing and Rocket Supply. They have since acquired Cima Packaging and NextGen Armor for a total of four divisions. Wulco is currently seeking machine operators within their Jet Machine and Manufacturing division. Jet Machine specializes in close tolerance machining in the military defense and oil and gas industries. Our temperature controlled, CNC machine shop is comprised of Mazaks. A qualified candidate is reliable, willing to learn, able to read a basic blueprint, and has previous machine operator (mill or lathe) experience. Qualifications High school or equivalent (Preferred) High School education or equivalent Basic math skills and basic blue print reading Basic understanding of machine program and ability to make tool offsets Use of SDS sheets and basic machine shop safety Must be able to stand at least 8 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds Possession of personal basic hand tools is preferred Responsibilities include: Operate CNC Mazak Vertical and Horizontal Mills and Lathes as assigned, to manufacture parts to required specifications Handle material and finished parts Deburr parts perform routine maintenance Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy to the required specifications Other tasks as assigned ranging from operating other equipment to handling material.
