Job SummaryThe Assembler/Machine Operator will perform various tasks as assigned in conjunction with the assembly of our product. You will ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. The Assembler/Machine Operator works under limited supervision, responsible to perform a variety of duties efficiently with high quality results. This position is responsible for safely performing high-level continuous work to quality standards. Assignments may change based on business demands. You must have desired technical knowledge and possess great manual dexterity. Ability to interpret instructions represented in manuals, drawings, schematics etc. and follow them with precision. Responsibilities Set and operate machines using Manufacturing Operation sheets, blueprints, and other related materials. Static and dynamic balance of rotating assemblies. Arrange/handle parts using a forklift or overhead crane. Follow torque specifications. Take and note various measurements. Be willing to ask questions to better understand the process. Detect quality defects and unsafe conditions. Perform general housekeeping of work area. Basic Qualifications High School diploma or GED preferred. Mechanic experience preferred. Strong mechanical ability. Proficiency with hand tools. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
