We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a full-time basis with benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for providing high-quality care to our residents.Responsibilities:- Assisting residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding- Monitoring residents' vital signs and reporting any changes to nursing staff- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents- Assisting with medical procedures under the direction of nursing staff- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents- Documenting resident care activities and reporting any concerns to supervisory staffRequirements:- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification- Previous experience in a long-term care or assisted living facility preferred- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively as part of a team- Ability to lift and move residents as needed- Flexible availability to work the 3pm to 11 pm shift, including weekends and holidaysWe offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
