CNA/Caregiver - Hiring immediately!!!! Hibernian Home Care Oak Lawn IL 60453 $15.00 - 18.00/hour Job Description Description: Provide non-medical services to seniors with chronic illnesses. Personal care services to clients that contract with Hibernian Home Care for services under the direction of the Staffing Supervisor in compliance with the Plan of Care. Caregivers needed in Orland Park, Oak Lawn, Palos, Hinsdale, Homer Glen. Benefits: Open door office policy, Nurse support for all caregivers, Tuition reimbursement opportunities. mileage reimbursement opportunity, Uniform scrub top provided, competitive wages and advancement opportunity, Direct Deposit, Client matching with experience level. Primary Duties: Assist with Toileting, bathing, grooming, transfers, dressing, ambulatory, feeding and light housekeeping, Med reminder, Transportation, cognitive activities. Abides by the agency’s infection control policies, including proper hand washing techniques consistent with CDC Guidelines. Abides by all policies and procedures outlined in the agency’s Policy and Procedure Manual, Caregiver Handbook, and Caregiver Training Manual. Hours: Depend on assignment; 12- hour Shifts available based on availability. Hibernian Home Care does not guarantee hours. Locations: Beverly, Oak Forest, Chicago, Hinsdale, Hickory Hills, Worth, La Grange, Oak Lawn, Oak Brook, Homer Glen, Orland Park, Palos, Western Springs, Westmont, Hyde Park, Alsip, Evergreen Park, Burbank, Chicago Ridge, Justice.
