Description:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team for the 11pm to 7am shift. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct care to our residents, assisting them with activities of daily living, monitoring their health and well-being, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.Responsibilities:- Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting- Helping residents with eating and drinking, and monitoring their nutritional intake- Taking and recording vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature- Assisting with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents- Observing and reporting any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents- Maintaining a clean and organized environment in residents' rooms and common areasQualifications:- Valid CNA certification- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting preferred- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Compassionate and patient demeanor- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, such as lifting and bendingIf you are looking for a rewarding career in healthcare and have a passion for helping others, we would love to hear from you.
