Job Opening: Club Systems Manager Join Our Team at The Hermitage Club at Haystack Mountain Are you a tech-savvy leader with a passion for system management and exceptional member experiences? The Hermitage Club, a premier private resort nestled in the scenic Green Mountains of Vermont, is looking for a Club Systems Manager to oversee and optimize our essential club software systems. About the Role: As the Club Systems Manager, you will be the driving force behind maintaining, customizing, and supporting our club's critical software applications. This includes everything from reservations and membership management to point-of-sale systems and RFID ticketing. You'll work closely with club leadership and external vendors to ensure smooth operations, seamless integrations, and a high-quality experience for both members and staff. Key Responsibilities: Manage the club's software systems, including membership databases, POS, reservations, food & beverage inventory, and website interfaces. Lead new software implementations, customizing systems to enhance user experience. Provide training and ongoing support to users, ensuring they maximize system benefits. Analyze data and create custom reports to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with vendors to maintain and troubleshoot software and hardware. Oversee RFID ticketing systems and ensure seamless integration across platforms. What You Bring: 5-7 years of software systems management experience, preferably in a club, resort, or hospitality environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience with platforms like ClubEssentials, Stark RFID, Precoro, and others is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word). Ability to lead system updates, manage user accounts, and ensure data security and compliance. Why Work With Us?
