Full-time social work position in the Maternal Fetal Care Center to provide a range of clinical services to pregnant women diagnosed with a fetal anomaly. Opportunity to be involved in the development of the psychosocial arm of a new fetal surgery program. This Maternal Fetal Care Center Social Worker will be responsible for: Screening/assessment/treatment of maternal mental health Psychosocial consultation to multidisciplinary team Coordination of care within BCH and with partner delivery hospitals To qualify, you must have: Master's Degree in Social Work and LICSW is required. Comfort with crisis management, goals of care discussions and bereavement Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment essential. Interest in program development and research desirable. Bilingual/bicultural/diverse candidates are encouraged to applySchedule will include four 10-hour days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with flexibility for coverage needs. This position is 100% onsite. This position is eligible for a $5000 sign on bonus!
