Responsibilities:• Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations, ensuring thorough documentation, reporting, and communication of outcomes to clients, families, and relevant agencies.• Keep precise and current medical records for all clients.• Offer feedback on assessment results and recommendations to the client, the treatment team, and the client's family, ensuring a collaborative care approach. Qualifications:• A Doctoral degree in Psychology.• Active California State license as a clinical psychologist.• Certification in BLS for Healthcare Providers or CPR.• At least 2 years of experience in conducting psychological assessments.• Endorsed by CA as an Infant-Family and Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist (preferred). Essential Skills: • Proficient knowledge of various psychological assessment tools and understanding of developmental and neuro-developmental disorders.• Demonstrated ability to connect with clients, offering empathetic and effective care.• Strong communication skills, capable of crafting detailed psychological reports and conveying findings to clients and their support systems.• Proven track record of managing psychological assessment referrals and delivering reports promptly.• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, meeting goals and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced clinical setting.• Versatile multitasking abilities, with a focus on reliability and attention to detail.• Professional and supportive interaction skills with diverse populations.• Competence in computer usage, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and efficient typing skills.
