Clinical Nutritionist Contract PositionHospital Setting We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Dietitian to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized dietary plans for patients, focusing on their unique health needs and goals. This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal nutritional care, particularly in long-term care settings. The Dietitian will also provide health coaching and support weight loss initiatives, while supervising the dietary department's daily operations. Requirements: Mostly M-F days may require weekend/holiday coverage. Min of a Baccalaureate degree granted by U.S. regionally accredited college/university or foreign equivalent. Completion of an ACEND accredited program in dietetics, registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (RD credential), & NYS certification as a Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN) required. At least 1 yr of acute care experience & specialized skill in the care of transplant patients required. Bilingual Spanish preferred. $45/hour Powered by JazzHR
