We are continuing to grow our team in Michigan and welcoming Clinical Fellows to ensure you receive the support and collaboration needed to succeed during your CFY! Clinical Fellow Support: AnthroMed has a vast network of wonderful Clinical Fellowship Mentors to match you with Bi-weekly team meetings with all SLPs on our team We provide regular one-on-one support with our Clinical Support Director for all CFYs. Generous materials stipend for the school year You will be reimbursed for 100% of your ASHA dues and licensure fees in the state of Colorado Our website: www.AnthroMed.education Responsibilities: Evaluate student’s speech-language abilities to prepare and conduct treatment plans Provide high-quality direct speech-language therapy services to students according to the students’ IEPs Conduct assessments, translate, and analyze assessment results, and develop reports to determine strengths and concerns in areas of speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills Use professional literature, evidence-based research, and continuing education to make practice decisions Create a learning environment characterized by effective and efficient process management strategies (procedures, instructional groups, transition materials) Participate in IEP conferences, team meetings, and problem-solving meetings Develop treatment plans, in conjunction with instructional staff, that are strength-based, as well as child and family-centered for overall educational improvement Ensure evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery are aligned with school, state, and federal guidelines Assist and guide teachers in observing, describing, and referring suspected and identified speech and language delays/disorders Other duties as assigned When you join AnthroMed Education you will become a salaried employee with 100% free UHC PPO health Insurance, 30-35+ days of PTO, and all school holidays and breaks paid in FULL!
