A company is looking for a Clinical Experience Analyst to provide clinical support for the Provider Support and Customer Success Teams. Key Responsibilities Act as a clinical liaison for support teams and handle elevated clinical inquiries Provide product-specific clinical training and maintain knowledge base articles Monitor metrics for clinical inquiries and collaborate on process improvements Required Qualifications BS degree or 2+ years in a professional life-sciences role 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare contact center Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship Ability to work independently and in a team environment Knowledge of contact center operations is preferred
