The Clinical Director will ensure that all clinical staff are trained and competent to not only provide quality service but delight the residents along the way. Ensure that the initiation of services is seamless and that personalized care plans are up-to-date to reflect the residents needs and desires. Work with a team of nurses to deliver exceptional results. Schedule is Monday-Friday, Day Shift and Rotating on-call.
