Clinical Assessor Real-world impact. Life-changing outcomes. CommQuest seeks a Clinical Assessor to work with our Assessment Team located in Canton, Ohio. You will provide comprehensive assessment services to establish behavioral health diagnoses (SUD and Mental Health) and determine the appropriate type and level of care . CommQuest Services is one of the largest non-profit mental health, addiction recovery, and social services organizations in Northeast Ohio, working with clients from more than 34 counties in 12 facilities through more than 20 programs. We help people make positive changes in their lives through in-patient, outpatient and school-based programs, along with supportive services - from basic needs to employment assistance. What you gain: Relationships within the organization and in the region Visibility into how our community supports those in need Opportunities to share your expertise Peace of mind knowing you are benefiting the clients we serve and the community at large What you'll do: Provide assessment services to establish appropriate clinical diagnoses and determine the appropriate type and level of care according to ASAM criteria. Coordinate care with internal and external systems and service providers. Provide trauma informed, evidenced-based counseling services. Provide crisis interventions, as needed. Perm and complete extensive documentation in an accurate and timely manner. All other duties as assigned Schedule: Day shift Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or related field is required. LPC or LSW is required. Those with a CT may be considered. Previous experience with the criminal justice system is highly desired. Previous experience with ASAM criteria Previous experience with EHR systems and/or NextGen is a plus. Must be willing to provide services to a wide variety of clientele, including adults and adolescents. Full-Time Benefits: Generous time off, including Mental Health days 10 paid holidays annually Retirement plan with company match Medical, Dental, and Vision plans CEU/Licensure reimbursements and Additional Workshops/Trainings: Up to 16 hours of paid work release annually for workshops, with $200 in funds for CEUs (24 hours and $250 for employees maintaining two licenses). Licensure fee coverage up to $320 annually for one license. Flexible work scheduling with supervisor approval to make up time during workshop weeks. Workshops/Trainings: EMDR, DBT, CDCA, & More ! CommQuest Services, Inc. is in partnership with Great Minds Fellowship ! Salary listed is base pay. Quarterly bonuses for licensed positions!
