Client Success Associate - TYMETAL TYMETAL, located in Greenwich, NY, seeks a self-motivated, detail oriented individual to provide exceptional customer service on our Inside Sales team. Our Client Success Associates have a wide range of responsibilities, all focused on going the extra mile to serve our loyal customer base. Responsibilities of our Client Success Associate: Work directly with customers and/or our Outside Sales Representatives to develop quotations for gate products and systems. Respond to technical product inquiries and follow up on sales leads with the goal of closing every sale. Work closely with engineering to assemble and distribute custom submittal packages for pending orders. Enter sales orders in a timely manner to ensure we meet the production lead times and delivery promise dates. Perform project management for larger projects, monitoring the sale from the time of order entry to the product installation at the job site. Work closely with outside sales, engineering, manufacturing and shipping to ensure the smooth flow of information and effectively communicate with the customer throughout the process. Work internally to resolve any and all customer service issues, including quality and delivery issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications for our Client Success Associate: AAS degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. Ability to read project plans, specifications and technical drawings. Strong organizational and detail skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. The ability to work in a team environment. Computer proficiency, specifically MS Word and Excel. Experience with ERP and contact management software is preferred. No travel is required.
