A company is looking for a Client Services Program Director to oversee complex administration projects and manage client relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage complex projects, ensuring quality and accuracy of deliverables Oversee client relationships, providing support and guidance while addressing client needs Collaborate internally to ensure timely and quality deliverables and implement continuous improvement Required Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of class action administration experience in a leadership role At least 5 years of experience in account management, client services, or project management A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required Experience with budget responsibility for projects A Juris Doctorate (JD) or paralegal experience is preferred
