Client Service Specialist - Nov 8, 2024 Job Category: General Requisition Number: CLIEN001223 Posted: November 8, 2024 Full-Time Rate$15 USD per hour Benton, KY 42025, USA -Answer all phone calls following the CFSB standard and procedures -Maintain accurate phone logs for all calls -Attend weekly team huddles -Actively refer/cross-sell to clients -Request the business of prospects and log all referrals -Complete all tasks and trainings before deadlines -Learn and comply with all CFSB policies, procedures, and standards -Perform other duties as requested by Team LeaderPM22 The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
