A company is looking for a Client Relationship Associate to support client relationships and ensure satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Build trust and confidence with clients through effective communication and support Proactively address client needs and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues Maintain knowledge of industry trends and assist clients in navigating healthcare reporting requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Management, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent experience Two or more years of experience in analytics, accounting, finance, or operational management Knowledge of reimbursement methodologies and third-party payer practices Basic understanding of CPT and ICD coding, MIPS, and CDS Expertise in Microsoft Office suite of products
