We are seeking a Client Engagement and Conversion Specialist who will be instrumental in managing client intake, enhancing scheduling, and driving sales efforts to maximize conversion opportunities. Your Purpose: As a Client Engagement and Conversion Specialist, you will empower clients by providing exceptional service that simplifies their immigration journey, making their American dream more accessible. Your role will directly impact our firm’s efficiency and client satisfaction through effective management of client processes and proactive sales initiatives. Responsibilities:• Manage and optimize client scheduling and intake processes• Drive sales by actively re-engaging past inquiries and converting potential leads into consultations• Maintain accurate and secure client documentation and data.• Collaborate with Marketing to develop targeted communications for different client segments to increase conversions• Help implement a Customer Relationship Management system Your Attributes: • Exceptional Service & Sales Acumen• Superior Organizational Skills• Attentive to Details• Advanced Tech Proficiency• Analytical Thinker Qualifications: The Boxes You Must Tick: • Proven experience in client services or sales within a legal or professional services environment• Strong ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize effectively• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Proficiency in CRM and case management software Nice to Have: • Background in immigration law or similar legal fields• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies• Bilingual abilities Education Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or related fields How to Apply :If you are driven, detail-oriented, and ready to make a significant impact at a leading immigration law firm, we want to hear from you!
