A company is looking for a New Client Bookings Specialist who will facilitate access to mental healthcare by matching clients with appropriate providers. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from prospective clients and assess their needs Guide clients through the booking process and follow up to confirm appointments Maintain accurate records of client interactions and booking outcomes Required Qualifications Empathetic and customer-focused approach Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Flexible availability to work between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST At least one year of successful customer-facing professional experience is a plus
