As a Client Benefits Consultant , you will play a key role in helping families protect their loved ones and plan for a secure future. You’ll have the opportunity to educate clients on the importance of life insurance and provide them with tailored solutions to meet their needs. What You’ll Do: Consult with Clients : Engage with prospective clients to understand their life insurance needs and goals. Provide expert advice and guide them toward the best coverage options. Offer Tailored Solutions : Recommend life insurance products, including term life, whole life, and final expense coverage, that are aligned with each client’s unique circumstances. Build Lasting Relationships : Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and helping them navigate their life insurance options. Provide Ongoing Support : Ensure client satisfaction by providing continued assistance, addressing any concerns, and ensuring their coverage is up-to-date. Sales & Performance Goals : Achieve monthly performance and sales targets by maintaining a proactive approach to lead generation and client follow-up. What We’re Looking For: Strong Communication Skills : Ability to clearly explain complex information in a simple, relatable way. Customer-Focused Mindset : Passion for helping others and a desire to make a positive impact in their lives. Sales Experience (Preferred) : Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required—training will be provided! Goal-Oriented : Drive to meet and exceed sales goals, with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
