Position: Client Accounting Coordinator (Global Law Firm) Company: Global AM 100 Law Location: Washington, D.C. (Hybrid) Comp Package: Base to $80K, Paid Overtime, Tuition Reimbursement, Full Benefits, Bonus, 401K+, etc. Responsibilities for Client Accounting Coordinator (Global Law Firm): Perform client accounting, billing and collection activities for assigned clients Monitor and manage outstanding accounts receivable, unapplied funds and collection efforts Generate and review Proformas for assigned partners at the beginning of each month Handle time/cost transfers; investigate appropriateness of where entries should be billed Provide assistance to partners and clients Qualifications for Client Accounting Coordinator (Global Law Firm): Bachelor’s Degree 1+ year of legal billing experience required Possess outstanding interpersonal skills in order to work effectively within a team environment, as well as independently Ability to adapt to new assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment MS Office with emphasis on Word and Excel Powered by JazzHR
