A company is looking for a Client Account Specialist Appeals to support the needs of the firm at a national level. Key Responsibilities Manage the appeal process for reduced invoices for assigned insurance carriers Generate recap reports for legal staff to assist in crafting comments for appeals Utilize eBilling platforms to submit appeals and track the lifecycle of appealable invoices Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree is preferred 2+ years of experience in billing, eBilling, or appeals in a law firm Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel and eBilling platforms Familiarity with Aderant and Bill Blast software Understanding of insured matter billing and major carrier guidelines
