Job Summary: Salary range: GBP 49,854 : GBP 56,565 per annum Work location: London Hours per week: 36 Contract type: Permanent Closing date:3rd March 2024 Interview date: Week Commencing 11th March 2024 About Us: Help deliver safe and carbon: neutral homes and a green heat network by 2030 The Lancaster West Neighbourhood Team has been recruited in partnership with residents, managing over 800 homes which are undergoing back: to: brick refurbishment, including complex mechanical and electrical upgrades including ventilation, solar PV panels, energy: efficient lighting, and air: source heat pumps. Notting Dale Heat Network will deliver a clean, green heating and hot water network powered by Air Source Heat Pumps, and solar PV. Our work is focused on working with residents to design and deliver excellent housing services, and create 21st century model social housing, delivering deep retrofits that is carbon neutral by 2030. The Role: This unique role is an opportunity for someone who will relish the challenge to work with one of the most diverse and resilient communities in the UK, to oversee inter: dependant refurbishment upgrades that improve the performance of the buildings and homes we manage. The role requires the ability to analyse specifications, technical data and costs, whilst also being able to co: ordinate delivery on site and ensure exemplary health and safety practices. You will have experience of specifying and quality assuring a range of building elements that deliver high quality housing, whilst improving thermal performance and safety. You will be required to oversee several projects on: site concurrently and will have the opportunity to ensure the successful delivery of a range of building safety, carbon neutrality, and internal refurbishment works.
