Position Summary(Basic Job Function) This an on-call position. Provides clerical support as well as reception and retail support. Responsibilities may include secretarial, receptionist, bookkeeping, information processing or related clerical tasks. On-Call employees allowed to work up to 40 hours/week for three (3) months then must be moved down to 19 hours/week and cannot work more than 520 hours in any six (6) month period. Unit Position Summary This position will provide support at the Gatehouse of Hidden Lake Gardens and/or the Gift Shop as needs arise. There may also be opportunities to assist in the main office. Desired Qualifications The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills/experience and a desire to work with the general public.
