Key Responsibilities Manage external and internal audits related to claims tools and initiatives Lead operational readiness and provide analysis for Claims Strategy projects Conduct data analysis and troubleshoot claims strategy and integration projects Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Previous experience in process improvement and project management Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously Strong ability to influence and motivate others across departments Bachelor's degree preferred
