A company is looking for a Claims Quality Senior Analyst to join their Claims Quality team. Key Responsibilities Ingest and analyze information regarding adverse claim outcomes, collaborating with partners to deliver solutions Utilize data analysis to develop quantitative analyses of claims issues and translate findings into business requirements Support operational objectives by providing research, root cause analysis, and training for escalated issues Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in claims processing or auditing within healthcare operations 2+ years of experience improving business workflows and processes 1+ years of experience collaborating with internal and/or external stakeholders A bachelor's degree or 4+ years of commensurate experience Experience using SQL
