This remote role provides opportunities for direct client engagement, case management, and active participation in a firm known for its commitment to excellence and growth.DutiesProvide expert legal representation in litigation cases, focusing on strategic counsel and solutions.Advise on corporate litigation matters to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.Collaborate with internal departments to support and facilitate client and organizational growth.Maintain and manage a portfolio of litigation cases from inception to resolution.Develop new client relationships and manage existing client interactions with a focus on excellent service delivery.RequirementsActive bar license (Ohio preferred).Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate transactional law and litigation.Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach, with a proven record of self-driven success and professional independence.Proficiency in handling various corporate litigation matters.Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.Proactive and forward-thinking with a drive to achieve impactful results.EducationJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.CertificationsActive bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, with Ohio preferred.SkillsHigh-level analytical skills for complex case assessment and strategic litigation planning.Exceptional negotiation capabilities for successful litigation outcomes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client engagement and courtroom performance.Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases efficiently.Ability to foster professional relationships and contribute positively to team goals and firm objectives.
