Job Description: Zephyrus Engineering Limited a multi-disciplined engineering firm, is seeking candidates for Civil Engineer. This is a full-time position. Zephyrus Engineering Limited is currently recruiting a Civil Engineer to join the Civil Engineering Team. This is a dynamic position that will offer the opportunity for diverse interaction and rapid growth. The right candidate will bring a strong technical background, interpersonal skills, intellectual curiosity, and a desire for continued growth and learning. As Zephyrus is a multi-disciplinary firm, interest in cross disciplinary work within the field of Civil Engineering is encouraged. Job responsibilities will include design of site layout, grading, stormwater management, utilities, landscaping, lighting, and soil erosion and sediment control measures. This position will also include project management responsibilities, zoning and land development permitting, field inspection, hydraulic and hydro logic design and analysis, site plan drafting, environmental impact assessment, and preparation of project reports. Desired Skills & Experience: While there are numerous skills that will assist a new employee such as knowledge in AutoCAD, grading and drainage design abilities, field experience, and technical writing we are also intrigued by someone who seeks to overcome challenges and to be an innovator within the industry. The following minimum requirements are expected of candidates: Minimum of 4 years of experience with site and grading design, zoning and site plan permitting processProficiency in AutoCADAbility to work effectively with a teamStrong communication and organizational skillsSelf-motivatedCivil 3D, HydroCAD, and/or technical writing are a plus Education: Bachelors degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience Zephyrus Engineering Limited offers competitive benefits including: Health, vision, dental, and LT disability insurance (company pays 85% of the base plan premium) 401 (k) Profit Sharing Plan with 100% match up to 4% of gross salary Paid vacation (15 days annually accrued based on start date) Flex time (5 days annually accrued quarterly) 8 company-paid Holidays Zephyrus Engineering is an Equal Opportunity Employer Compensation: Expected Salary: $32.50 - $46.25The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
