Job Description Lead the planning, design, and management of vital infrastructure projects including roads, water systems, and public facilities Supervise project teams, from junior engineers to CADD technicians, ensuring collaborative and efficient project execution Represent the firm at public meetings, engaging with municipal officials to align on community objectives Develop and sustain client relationships, ensuring responsive and proactive communication Conduct thorough plan reviews and oversee the construction to align with municipal standards and approvals Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in client relations with a strong drive for business development. Qualified to obtain PA Act 34, 114, and 151 clearances. Civil Engineer with seven years of experience in municipal project design and management (PA PE license preferred). Availability to attend evening meetings if needed. Holds a valid driver’s license for client site visits. Proficient with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D
