Covington is well known for its historic neighborhoods including Licking-Riverside, MainStrasse Village and Wallace Woods. This position is with a progressive, financially stable Health Center.Salary and Benefits $315,000 for your base salary $40 per encounter for every encounter greater than 180 per month $25,000 sign-on bonus paid in installments CME: Up to $2800 reimbursed annually Loan Repayment: NHSC Loan Eligibility License & Association: Up to $1800 reimbursed annually 401k Plan: $1 for a $1 match on the first 3% of your income and $0.50 on the $1 for 4th and 5th% for a max match at 4% of your income. This is a Safe Harbour Plan so you are 100%vested on the company match immediately Relocation reimbursement Paid Time Off 240 Hours of PTO 9 paid holidays and Paid Time Off for your Birthday Health/Dental/Vision: The organization pays a portion of all. Health options included PPO and HSA plan options. Life Insurance Long-Term Disability Extended Illness Paid Time: Accrued extended illness time up to 8 weeks Average daily patent volume > 14-15 minimum NP Collaborative Agreements: $1000 per KBN agreement annually up to 5 collaborative agreements. Prorated on 12 months for start date. Will be at the Covington and Newport locationsResponsibilities Typical Schedule: 4 days per week ( total working hours of 40, of which 36 required direct patient contact hours) 45 and 60-minute intakes, 20-30 minute follow-ups No On-Call, No Nights, No Weekends Full Support Staff to aid in patient care and clinic operations.
