Your Role Will Include: Providing compassionate support and positive behavior intervention strategies for children enrolled in the program Ensuring the overall safety, security, and well-being of all participants Collaborating with the team to create engaging, enriching activities that spark curiosity and joy Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 18 years of age Previous experience working with children, preferably in a leadership role Ability to remain calm and problem-solve when faced with challenging behaviors Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Flexible, adaptable, and committed to working as part of a close-knit team Salary and Benefits: Full-Time Straight Shift : Monday through Friday, 10:30 am to 6 pm Competitive Compensation : $20.43/hour Benefits: Health, Dental, Sick time, Vacation and Two personal days School Year and Summer Options : Permanent, school-year position (mid - August – early June) with the opportunity to continue working during the summer in the Wayzata Kids program Supportive & Enriching Environment : Be part of a collaborative, positive team dedicated to empowering children Locations: Kimberly Lane - 17405 Old Rockford Rd, Plymouth, MN 55446 North Woods - 18995 54th Ave N, Plymouth, MN 55446 Meadow Ridge - 17905 Chankahda Trl, Plymouth, MN 55446 If you have a passion for working with children, a knack for fostering a fun yet structured environment, and the leadership skills to be a role model, we want to hear from you.
